    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cleanox website (cleanoxco.com), mobile platforms, and the home services we provide. By booking a service, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

    2. Services

    Cleanox provides residential and commercial home services across Riyadh, including:

    • Hourly cleaning
    • Deep cleaning
    • Sofa, mattress, and furniture cleaning
    • Pool cleaning and maintenance
    • Pest control (one-time and recurring plans)
    • Rodent control
    • Anti-termite treatment
    • Disinfection and germ control
    • Painting
    • Landscaping

    3. Booking Process

    • Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
    • A confirmed booking constitutes a contract between you and Cleanox.
    • Cleanox reserves the right to refuse or reschedule a booking if the service cannot be safely or practically delivered.

    4. Pricing and Payment

    • Prices are stated on cleanoxco.com or quoted by our team before service confirmation.
    • All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include applicable VAT.
    • Payment can be made by online card payment (processed by SAMA-licensed payment gateways), bank transfer, or cash on completion where available.
    • We reserve the right to update pricing; the price quoted at the time of booking applies to that booking.

    5. Cancellation by Customer

    • More than 4 hours before scheduled service: full refund
    • Between 2 and 4 hours before: 50% refund
    • Less than 2 hours before, or no-show: not eligible for refund

    6. Cancellation by Cleanox

    We may cancel or reschedule a booking due to inaccessibility, unsafe conditions, force majeure, or other operational reasons. In such cases, we offer a reschedule or full refund at your choice.

    7. Refunds

    Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.

    8. Service Guarantee

    If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 24 hours of the visit. We will return at no additional cost to address the issue where reasonably possible.

    9. Customer Obligations

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate information at booking
    • Ensure safe access to the service location at the agreed time
    • Inform us in advance of any hazards (pets, fragile items, medical conditions)
    • Treat our staff with respect

    Cleanox reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if these obligations are not met.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law:

    • Cleanox is not liable for damage to items not disclosed in advance or inherently fragile/in poor condition
    • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

    11. Force Majeure

    Cleanox is not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, or supply chain disruptions.

    12. Intellectual Property

    The Cleanox name, logo, trademark (TM-01-00-51722-25), website content, and brand assets are the property of Able Technical Services Company. You may not use them without written permission.

    13. Privacy

    Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy at cleanoxco.com/privacy.

    14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh.

    15. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    16. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

    تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الشروط") استخدامك لموقع كلين أوكس (cleanoxco.com) ومنصاتنا الإلكترونية والخدمات المنزلية التي نقدمها. بإجراء حجز خدمة أو إنشاء حساب أو استخدام موقعنا، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

    2. الخدمات

    يقدم كلين أوكس خدمات منزلية للأفراد والشركات في الرياض، تشمل:

    • التنظيف بالساعة
    • التنظيف العميق
    • تنظيف الكنب والمراتب والأثاث
    • تنظيف وصيانة المسابح
    • مكافحة الحشرات (زيارات منفردة وخطط دورية)
    • مكافحة القوارض
    • معالجة النمل الأبيض
    • التطهير ومكافحة الجراثيم
    • الدهانات
    • تنسيق الحدائق

    تتوفر تفاصيل كل خدمة على صفحات الخدمات الخاصة بها على cleanoxco.com.

    3. إجراءات الحجز

    • يمكن إجراء الحجوزات من خلال موقعنا الإلكتروني، أو عبر الهاتف، أو واتساب.
    • يُشكل الحجز المؤكد عقداً بينك وبين كلين أوكس.
    • يحتفظ كلين أوكس بالحق في رفض أو إعادة جدولة أي حجز إذا تعذّر تقديم الخدمة بأمان أو بشكل عملي.

    4. الأسعار والدفع

    • الأسعار موضحة على cleanoxco.com أو يُعلن عنها فريقنا قبل تأكيد الخدمة.
    • جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي (ر.س) وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة المطبقة.
    • يمكن الدفع بواسطة البطاقة الإلكترونية (تتم معالجتها عبر بوابات دفع مرخصة من البنك المركزي السعودي)، أو التحويل البنكي، أو نقداً عند إتمام الخدمة (متى توفر ذلك).
    • نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث الأسعار، ويسري السعر المُعلن عند الحجز على ذلك الحجز.

    5. الإلغاء من قبل العميل

    • الإلغاء قبل أكثر من 4 ساعات من موعد الخدمة: استرداد كامل
    • الإلغاء بين ساعتين و4 ساعات من موعد الخدمة: استرداد 50%
    • الإلغاء قبل أقل من ساعتين، أو عدم الحضور: لا يحق الاسترداد

    6. الإلغاء من قبل كلين أوكس

    قد نلغي أو نعيد جدولة الحجز نتيجة عدم القدرة على الوصول، أو ظروف غير آمنة، أو القوة القاهرة، أو لأسباب تشغيلية. وفي هذه الحالات نقدم إعادة الجدولة أو الاسترداد الكامل حسب اختيارك.

    7. الاسترداد

    تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل، وفقاً لوقت معالجة البنك.

    8. ضمان الخدمة

    نحن نقف خلف عملنا. إذا لم تكن راضياً عن الخدمة، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من زيارة الخدمة. وسنعود دون أي تكلفة إضافية لمعالجة المشكلة قدر الإمكان.

    9. التزامات العميل

    توافق على:

    • تقديم معلومات دقيقة عند الحجز
    • ضمان الوصول الآمن إلى موقع الخدمة في الوقت المتفق عليه
    • إبلاغنا مسبقاً بأي مخاطر (الحيوانات الأليفة، الأشياء الهشة، الحالات الطبية، وغيرها)
    • معاملة فريقنا باحترام

    يحتفظ كلين أوكس بالحق في رفض أو وقف الخدمة في حال عدم الالتزام بهذه المتطلبات.

    10. حدود المسؤولية

    إلى أقصى حد يسمح به النظام السعودي:

    • لا يتحمل كلين أوكس مسؤولية الأضرار التي تلحق بالأشياء التي لم يُكشف عنها مسبقاً أو التي تكون هشة بطبيعتها أو في حالة سيئة
    • يقتصر إجمالي مسؤوليتنا عن أي مطالبة على المبلغ المدفوع مقابل الخدمة المحددة المعنية
    • نحن غير مسؤولين عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية

    لا تنطبق هذه القيود حيثما يحظرها النظام.

    11. القوة القاهرة

    لا يتحمل كلين أوكس مسؤولية التأخير أو عدم الأداء بسبب أحداث خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة، بما في ذلك الكوارث الطبيعية، أو الأوامر الحكومية، أو حالات الطوارئ الصحية العامة، أو اضطرابات سلسلة التوريد.

    12. الملكية الفكرية

    اسم كلين أوكس، وشعارنا، وعلامتنا التجارية (TM-01-00-51722-25)، ومحتوى موقعنا، وأصول علامتنا التجارية ملك لشركة إيبل تيكنيكال سيرفيسز. لا يحق لك استخدامها دون إذن خطي.

    13. الخصوصية

    يخضع استخدامك لموقعنا وخدماتنا أيضاً لسياسة الخصوصية المنشورة على cleanoxco.com/privacy.

    14. القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي

    تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. وأي نزاع يخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم المختصة في الرياض.

    15. تعديل الشروط

    قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من حين لآخر. يعكس تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أحدث تغيير. ويُشكل استمرار استخدامك للخدمات قبولاً للشروط المحدثة.

    16. قابلية الفصل

    إذا تبين أن أي بند من هذه الشروط غير قابل للتنفيذ، تبقى البنود الأخرى نافذة بالكامل.
